I spent all Sunday on a show that lost steam by episode 5

I was hooked on this new series but it dragged so much in the middle lol. It feels like they just add filler to stretch out the season. How do you pick shows that stay engaging from start to finish?

You ever just bail when it gets boring? I drop shows fast if they start dragging, no shame in it lol.

It's such a letdown when a great start fizzles out with filler. I've started reading episode recaps after the pilot to spot pacing issues early. Life's too short for shows that waste your time.

Totally agree with dropping shows when they drag. Why waste time on something that's not paying off? I check reviews after the first few episodes to see if the pace holds up. If a show introduces too many pointless subplots by episode 3, I'm out.
