Picked a 4 episode short show over an 8 season epic, zero regrets

I've been stuck in a loop of starting huge series and dropping them around episode 5. So last Sunday I made myself choose between rewatching Breaking Bad or trying that 6 part British crime drama everyone keeps mentioning. I went with the short one, finished the whole thing in two sittings. It felt so good to actually reach the ending instead of staring at a backlog. Now I'm wondering if I should just accept that my attention span tops out at 10 episodes. Any other short show fans out there or am I the odd one?

Honestly, finishing something feels better than starting ten things. Short wins, tbh.
