Switching to subtitles opened up a whole new world of shows for me
I always watched shows in English only, but then I gave a Korean series a shot. With subtitles on, I got so into it that I finished the whole thing in two days. The story was so good I forgot I was reading the words. Since then, I've binged shows from places like Germany and Brazil. I even learned some basic greetings from hearing them so much. My streaming queue is now packed with stuff I never would have tried before. It feels like I unlocked a hidden level of TV. Have you found any cool shows from other countries?

Noticed this happening more and more with everyone I know. It's like we all got tired of the same old plots and subtitles became the key to a bigger library. I started with one French show and now I'm digging into stuff from all over, even a weirdly good drama from Iceland. Makes you wonder what other gems are out there just waiting for a subtitle button click.

I got hooked on that same Icelandic show, Trapped. The setting was so bleak and cold but the mystery pulled me right in. It totally changed how I browse Netflix now, I scroll the international section first. Feels like finding a secret door to way better stories.
