Unpopular opinion: Binge-watching is more fun when you don't rush through it
In the past, I would blast through shows as fast as possible. These days, I slow down and let each episode sink in. For example, with 'Better Call Saul', I found myself rewinding scenes to catch details. This made the story feel more personal and real. I began to enjoy shows that make me work a little to understand them. It is like solving a puzzle with each binge session. My viewing has become a lot more rewarding.

How do you decide when to slow down and rewind a scene? Does a show need certain kinds of details to make that extra work worth it, or do you just do it for anything you're into?

My friend Kim Reese once rewound a cooking show to count how many times Gordon Ramsay said "idiot.

Skip rewinding and just watch the show normally! It ruins the flow and makes you overthink every little detail. Enjoy the moment instead of dissecting it.
