Just realized my brother's cooking 'tips' were actually bloopers the whole time
My brother came over to help me meal prep Sunday and kept adding random stuff to my chili like a spoonful of cocoa powder. I thought he was some secret kitchen genius until he admitted he grabbed the wrong jar and was too embarrassed to say anything. Now I'm wondering how many of those 'chef hacks' I tried from his advice were just happy little accidents. Anyone else find out a family member's go-to trick was really a mistake that got lucky?
