Spent 2 hours last Tuesday pausing a weather report because the anchor's tie kept changing color mid-sentence
A local station here in Tulsa had a whole 40 second stretch where the guy's tie flipped from blue to green and back twice, and nobody in the studio seemed to catch it. My wife thinks it was a chroma key problem but I swear it looked like two different takes got stitched together at the wrong spot. Did anyone else catch a glitch like that where the wardrobe changes but the person keeps talking without missing a beat?

Back in 2011 I was watching a Rangers game on Fox Sports Southwest and the color guy's jacket went from brown to navy right in the middle of a story about Nolan Ryan. He never stopped talking, never blinked, just kept right on going while his jacket swapped colors behind him. I rewound it about six times and showed my brother, who said it was probably just the sun coming through the press box window. Forty seconds is a long time though, so I would bet on a bad edit at your station.
