Brought 5 games to my buddy's birthday party in Portland and watched a drunk guy flip the whole table over Monopoly
I host game night every other Friday at my place in Portland with a strict rule now: nobody touches Monopoly after 9pm because two years ago at my buddy Dave's 30th, his cousin flipped the entire table when he landed on Boardwalk with a hotel and sent like 200 pieces flying into the carpet, so does anyone else ban certain games from their group or am I just scarred for life, lmao?

Oh man Monopoly is the worst for that! We banned it too after my brother in law threw a whole beer at the wall when he went bankrupt. Nobody wants to spend 20 mins picking up tiny green houses out of shag carpet. Cash grab games like that just bring out the worst in grown adults.
