I was cleaning out my game closet and realized I've owned the same copy of Catan for 15 years...
It hit me that I've probably played it with over 50 different people, which is wild because I bought it just for my college roommates.

My buddy Jake's copy from 2006 has a wheat field drawn in permanent marker on one of the hexes. Some guy at a party lost the original piece and tried to make a new one. It looks terrible and we still use it.
