My game group used to take 30 minutes to pick a game, now we're playing in 5. The change was a $20 whiteboard.

What kind of whiteboard setup did you go with? We have a small one on the fridge where we list the top three games people want to play next. Seeing it all week cuts down the debate time because we've already thought about it.

Wish I had thought of the whiteboard trick before my group wasted half our game nights just picking something. My fridge is covered in old grocery lists and bad drawings, so maybe I need a dedicated board like @max_cooper21 suggested. Honestly, my best organizing idea was just yelling game names until someone gave in, which wasn't great for group morale. A simple list everyone can see all week sounds like a way better plan.
