My gaming group's rulebook pile shrank after I put sticky tabs on every page
We played the same 3 games for like 8 months and every session we'd spend 10 minutes flipping through manuals to check setup or scoring. Last month I went through each rulebook and stuck colored tabs on the pages we actually use, like setup, turn order, and tie breakers. Now we open the book and go straight to the right spot, no more fumbling past the lore pages. It took me one evening with a $3 pack of tabs and it cut our setup time in half. Has anyone else tried tabbing their most referenced pages or do you just rely on player aids?

Did you color code them by game or by topic? I did the same thing with my D&D books last year and it was a total game changer, honestly the biggest win was tabs on the monster index pages so I don't have to squint at that tiny text every time.
