Chasing a bad tube bevel that wasted half a Friday
Spent 4 hours trying to fit a tube into a header plate last week, kept fighting the gap. Turned out the bevel was cut 3 degrees off at the shop. Has anyone else had a prefab part cost them a whole afternoon?

Oh man, I once spent an afternoon fighting a fitting that was 3mm too long and blaming my tape measure instead of the factory.

Blame it on the guy who set up the bevel machine right? That 3 degrees probably looked like no big deal on paper but it sure turned into a whole afternoon hobby project. At least you got to stare at a gap and question all your life choices for a few hours.
