I mean, idk if it's just me, but I hardly spot any apprentices on job sites anymore. Maybe it's the culture shift, but this work is steady and pays the bills.

Honestly, lunaf16 is right, but both jobs can feel like a grind sometimes.

Yeah, well, it's not exactly on TikTok, is it? Hard to sell "getting dirty and sweaty" as the dream when the other option is filming yourself gaming in a pajama set. Still pays the rent, though.

I mean andrewwilliams makes a point, but at least getting dirty can't be automated. Your TikTok feed definitely can be.
