We didn't settle for 'The Silent Patient' because we were tired, we all got genuinely excited about the premise when someone explained it. That's why everyone read it, not because it was the easy option. It was a choice we all got behind. What did you think of the ending?

My buddy Dave was so convinced the therapist did it. He built this whole case about paint thinner and Greek mythology, even bought a whiteboard. @xena831, when the real twist hit, he just sat there staring at the last page for ten minutes.
