Your take that it's just a book disagreement is spot on, @wendyr71. For some folks, books are a big part of their life, so arguing over them can feel personal. I've seen friends get pretty heated over less. Still, you're right that it's not worth blowing up over. We should all chill and remember it's just a chat about stories. In the end, liking different things is what makes talking about books fun.
