Our club went from 12 people arguing to 3 people agreeing in 8 months

Six months ago our Tuesday group in Boise had 12 regulars and real fights over Klara and the Sun, now we are down to 3 people who mostly nod along. Turned out the two members who quit were the only ones picking anything with teeth, so what happened to your club when the loud ones left?
