Caught a guy on Reddit using ChatGPT to write his breakup post and the tell was way too obvious

I was scrolling through a relationship sub last night around midnight and this post had perfect grammar but zero emotion. Every paragraph started with a transition word like "Moreover" or "Furthermore." I called him out in the comments and he deleted the whole thing within 10 minutes. Has anyone else noticed how AI writes in that weirdly formal way even when talking about feelings?

Yeah I called out a guy for using "thus" in a breakup post and he ghosted the whole account.

Three times now I've called out people for using weirdly formal language like that in personal posts and they always bail. First time was a guy who wrote "it is with great reluctance that I must decline" when turning down a potluck invite. He deleted everything within an hour. Second time someone used "heretofore" in a rant about their roommate leaving dishes. Account gone the next day. So yeah, you hit a nerve with that "thus" guy. They know they sound stiff and fake but dont want to admit it. Calling it out just makes them delete and start over somewhere else.
