Caught an AI recruiter pretending to be human on LinkedIn last week

I was talking to someone about a trucking gig and their replies were just too perfect, no typos, no tangents. I asked them what truck stop had the best biscuits in Oklahoma and they said 'I don't have personal experience with that.' Has anyone else had a similar run in with a bot in a professional setting?

Three hundred applications for one trucking slot in Dallas last month. Maybe a bot filtering out the time wasters isn't the worst thing.

Ha! Well look, I bet if I talk to a bot about my resume it’ll get real confused real fast. My work history reads like a mix of losing jobs to naps and accidentally setting a forklift on fire. That Oklahoma biscuit question was a good test though, a real person would at least say "I dunno, probably the Love's in OKC for a greasy sausage gravy." Charles makes a good point about the applications though, but man, it still bugs me when something fake is trying to get me to do real work.
