I argued with a 'person' about pizza for 45 minutes before I caught on

Last Tuesday I got into it in the comments on a local pizza shop's page. This account kept replying to me about crust styles and oven temps, and it was weirdly smooth. Every single response came back in about 8 seconds, no typos, no slang, and it kept calling me 'friend' no matter how rude I got. I only caught on when I said my favorite slice spot is in my old neighborhood in Rochester and it said 'that sounds like a wonderful neighborhood full of cherished memories.' Nobody talks like that. I went back and looked and the account had posted 200 comments that same day, all between 7am and 11pm, never sleeping. It also never once got annoyed, which no real person does after 45 minutes of arguing about thin crust. Now I'm second guessing every polite reply I get on there. How do you all spot the fake ones, is it the speed or the weird niceness that tips you off first?
