Just realized chatbot customer service has a tell that humans never do
Spent 45 minutes on an airline chat last Tuesday and every single reply came back with perfect punctuation and zero typos, but when I asked the rep if they'd ever missed a flight, they answered like a wiki page instead of a person, has anyone else spotted that pattern?

Honestly I used to think the punctuation thing was just bots being fussy, but the wiki page answer is what got me. Real people slip up, say "lol" or admit they have no clue, but that rep gave me a perfectly neutral answer with zero personality. Now I check for any tiny human slip, like a typo or a casual word, and if there isn't one, I know I'm talking to a script.
