That apology post from the auto shop read like a bot script
My local garage in Tacoma botched a brake job last Tuesday, then their public apology used the exact same wording as five other shop apologies I saw online. It had zero specifics about what failed, just generic sorry and we take accountability language. I called them out on the thread and asked for the mechanic's name plus the part number, and they went silent. Am I wrong to think a real human would have owned up to the actual mistake instead of copying a template?
