The 'tell me about yourself' script that kept killing my interviews
A career coach in St. Paul told me to stop memorizing a timeline and instead stop after 2 details, then ask if they want more. Used it in 4 interviews last month and 3 of them went 20 minutes longer than they planned, has anyone else found that conversational pauses beat polished answers?
