Caught a dating app bot with a single word, now I check for it every time

Was chatting with this profile on Hinge last week, pics were cute, replies came fast. Then she said 'I enjoy hiking and reading' word for word, same as a bot I matched with on Tinder 3 months ago. I asked her to rephrase that line in her own words and got nothing but a pause, then a generic 'I love nature and books!' after 20 minutes. Tried the same test on two other matches, both failed the same way. Has anyone else found a word or phrase that bots just can't avoid repeating when you call them out?

Whoa, that's wild! I used to think people were just being paranoid about bot detection, but honestly this kind of makes sense now. Guess I've been way too trusting out there.

The whole "trust nothing online" thing feels like it's spilled into regular life now. Even my neighbor double-checks the grocery store reviews before buying bread, it's that level of suspicion. People are just wired to spot the fake stuff everywhere, from catfish accounts to fake followers. Maybe the paranoia is the new normal, and the rest of us just have to catch up or get fooled daily.
