Dating app live photos are the new bot tell, and nobody's talking about it

So I matched with this girl on Hinge last Tuesday and her profile had a live photo, you know the ones that move when you press on them. She was laughing and turning her head, totally normal human stuff. But the motion was too smooth, like the pixels were blending in a way that real phone cameras don't do. I watched it like five times and then compared it to my own live photos from my iPhone 12 and the difference was obvious. Her face stayed perfectly still while the background shifted, which is not how parallax works on a real phone. I called her out on it and she unmatched me within ten minutes. Has anyone else noticed this or am I just paranoid now? I've been burned by two catfish accounts this month so I'm checking everything twice.

You ever stare at your own live photo so long you realize your face does the exact same lifeless thing, just with worse lighting and a double chin? I'm pretty sure I've been the bot in every one of my dating profiles.
