Got a DM from a 'local single' who used the same fishing line about her kayak three times in a row
So I matched with this profile on a dating app two weeks back, and I had to pick between replying or just reporting and moving on. I replied, mostly out of curiosity, and she opened with a story about kayaking on Lake Union. Cool, except her next message told the exact same kayak story word for word, punctuation included. Third message, same thing again, like a script with one page. I tested it by asking where she put in at, and she said 'the water is so calming, I love being out there' which is not an answer to a boat ramp. The kicker was when she asked if I'd ever tried online investing in the same breath, and I finally clocked it as a bot farming for a crypto pitch. I reported the profile and the app said thanks for the 12 reports on this account, which told me everyone else already saw it. Curious what tells you all use on the dating apps, because the repeated story thing seems like a giveaway nobody talks about.
