Hit 300 matches on Hinge before realizing 60 were bots

Man, I thought I was finally getting somewhere with this dating app grind. I passed 300 matches last month and honestly felt pretty good about my profile game. Then I started actually messaging people and something felt off. Like 60 of them sent the exact same opener about my hiking photo, word for word, within seconds of matching. I ran one of those photos through a reverse image search and it popped up on some stock site. Also noticed their bios all used weird grammar, like commas in the wrong place, and none of them ever answered a direct question. Finally asked one to hop on a voice call and she gave me some excuse about a broken mic. That never happens with real people. Have any of you guys figured out a pattern with the bot profiles on dating apps, or do they keep changing their tells on you too?
