That dating app bot was too obvious because it used the same 3 compliments
Matched with someone on Hinge last week who said I had "lovely eyes" then immediately asked if I liked hiking. When I said yes, they said "you have a great sense of adventure." Then recommended their favorite trail 20 miles away. Three messages, three canned lines. I called them out and they unmatched in 2 seconds. Has anyone else noticed the compliments follow a script?

Thought I was just being paranoid at first, but your post made me realize I've been getting those same three compliments from different accounts. Used to think people were being nice, but now I see it's copy paste. The "lovely eyes" line is the first one every time, then they jump to hiking, then suddenly they're recommending a specific trail. It's like they don't even try to hide it. Blocking them is the only move.
