Last Tuesday I matched with someone on Hinge who answered every question with flawless punctuation and zero typos, even the casual stuff like 'hbu' replies. I almost missed it because they slipped in a generic compliment about my dog photo that felt scripted. Then I asked about their weekend plans and got a 3 paragraph answer with no personal details, so I called it out and the account deleted within an hour. Anyone else run into bots that mimic human typing quirks too well to catch at first glance?

My buddy had this happen on Tinder last month, the girl sent him a whole paragraph about hiking trails with perfect grammar and zero emojis, then ghosted when he asked for a specific trail name. Totally felt like a script reading till it vanished.
