Deep Watering vs. Frequent Sprinkles: What's Your Method Now?

I used to water my ferns every morning with a light mist for years, then my Monstera drooped for 2 weeks in June until my neighbor in Austin told me to soak the pot once a week instead. Now I'm debating if constant little drinks or one big gulp is better for my other plants, so who here has switched and seen a real difference?

Well dang, I was all about daily misting too until my snake plant perked up after one deep soak. Big gulps win.
