Hit 50 species on my windowsill collection last month and number 50 was a total accident
I started keeping a little spreadsheet of every plant on my windowsill back in March and somehow crossed 50 species without noticing. The one that pushed me over was a tiny Pilea peperomioides pup I got for free from a lady named Dana at the Nashville plant swap, she just handed it to me in a Solo cup. What surprised me is that my two oldest plants, a pothos and a snake plant, are still the healthiest ones while half my fancy stuff keeps crisping up. For people with big windowsill collections, do you keep a written list or just wing it? I feel like the list is the only reason I caught that my string of turtles was on its way out.
