Just realized my pothos in Lubbock grew faster in plain tap water than in my fancy glass jar setup
I had two cuttings from the same mother plant going side by side for about 6 weeks, one in a $12 propagation station with those little glass tubes and one in an old pasta sauce jar with plain Lubbock tap water. The sauce jar one has three new leaves and roots down to my second knuckle, while the fancy one is just sitting there with two sad little nubs. Is it the glass shape, the water volume, or am I just overthinking a plant that literally grows in gutters?
