Filed my LLC amendment with a template I got at a Staples in Boise and the state mailed it back twice
I used a $10 fill in the blank form instead of checking my state's current fee schedule and the rejected filings cost me 3 weeks and about $60 in resubmission fees. Did anyone else get burned by an outdated form, or am I the only one who assumed the template was current?
