Rant: my LLC filing fee came to $187 and I almost paid a service $400 to do it for me
I sat down last week to file my own paperwork with the state and the whole thing took 20 minutes on their website. The service I almost signed up for wanted $400 plus the state fee just to type in the same boxes, so I kept the $213 and put it toward a registered agent instead. Has anyone here actually needed one of those filing services, or is it a waste for a one person shop?
