Why does nobody talk about breaking down a whole pig for the first time
Spent 4 hours last Saturday trying to seam out the coppa on a 240 lb hog because I kept cutting too deep and hitting bone, and my shoulder was shot by the end. How long did it take you guys to get your first full breakdown under 2 hours?

Two hours for a whole hog seems like a made up goal nobody actually hits.
