That three day stretch in Columbus where every deal fell through

Tbh I had the worst luck last Tuesday through Thursday. I almost bought a used lawn mower for $220 that turned out to have a cracked deck, then a table saw that was $40 less than retail but missing the blade guard. On Thursday I drove 30 minutes to pick up a drill press and the seller ghosted me after I confirmed. But the weird part is that Friday morning I found the same drill press model on a local auction site for $85 and it works perfect. Has anyone else had a run of bad deals that suddenly fixed itself, or is that just my weird luck?
