Customer asked for a specific hinge, then yelled at me for using it

Had a guy in the shop last Tuesday point to a soft-close hinge on the shelf, said 'that's the one I want,' so I installed it on all 12 cabinet doors. He came back Thursday furious because they 'click too loud,' but when I offered to swap them for the standard ones he said no, he just wanted to complain for 20 minutes. Anyone else have a client change their mind after watching YouTube tutorials?
