Overheard a client call their built-in a 'fitted wall' and it clicked
I was at a supply house in Denver last week and this designer was on the phone, telling her client the quote was for a 'fitted wall unit' not just cabinets. It made me realize we sometimes undersell our work with basic terms. That phrase frames it as custom, built-in art, not just boxes on a wall. I'm going to try using that kind of language in my own estimates now. Do you guys have other terms that help clients see the value better?

Fitted wall" just sounds pretentious to me.

Ngl it's not pretentious if it's true. A fitted wall describes the work way better than just saying cabinets.
