How a five-minute hand stretch routine improved my precision on tiny screws

Makes total sense. Stretching your hands before detailed work is a game changer. I mean, I used to get shaky when fixing small stuff like watch batteries or phone parts. After a quick warm-up, my fingers feel looser and more controlled. It's like giving your hands a wake-up call before they need to be precise. Maybe it's just me, but that extra minute can save a lot of frustration.

Can't believe you get shaky over watch batteries. That's such a tiny, simple task. Guess even easy stuff needs a warm-up.

Remember when I tried to solder a tiny wire for my old headphones. My hands were all over the place, kept hitting the wrong spot. A friend told me to just shake my hands out for a few seconds, like I was flicking water off. It actually calmed the jitters down enough to make a clean connection. Never would have guessed something that basic could help.

You used to get shaky fixing watch batteries? That seems so weird to me. I always figured people with steady hands just had them from the start. The idea that stretching can stop the shakes is hard to believe. I mean, my hands are usually fine, but now I'm wondering if I've been missing out. Maybe I should give it a shot before I work on my model kits. It just sounds too simple to actually work.
