Update: Fixed my 100th camera today, a beat up Pentax K1000 from a guy in Fresno
Honestly didn't think I'd get here when I started messing with broken bodies in my garage 2 years ago. This K1000 had a locked mirror and a nasty light seal job, and getting it back to life for $45 in parts felt better than any of the easy fixes. Tbh the first 20 or so cameras were total disasters that never fired again, so hitting triple digits means a lot. Anyone else keep a log of every body they've saved, or am I the only weirdo with a notebook full of serial numbers?
