My $12 stove died on night 2 at Pictured Rocks and a stranger saved the trip
The igniter quit and the valve started hissing, so I switched to my backup pocket rocket and boiled water in 4 minutes flat. Anyone else had a cheap stove fail mid trip, and did you bother fixing it or just toss it?

Pocket Rocket boiling in 4 minutes is normal, not some hero save.
