My brother told me to skip the cheap tent and get a Kelty, but I didn't listen.

He said the $80 one from the big store would leak in a real storm. I got it anyway for a trip to the Blue Ridge Mountains. Sure enough, a downpour hit on night two and I woke up in a puddle. Anyone have a good fix for a soaked sleeping bag, or is it just trash now?

Got a dryer you can use on low heat?

Yeah, read that using dryer balls on low heat works too. Good tip from @singh.harper. Just gotta watch it doesn't get too hot.

Harper's dryer idea is good, but you have to be super careful. My old Marmot bag got soaked once and I put it in a huge commercial dryer on air fluff with three clean tennis shoes. The shoes banged around and kept the down from clumping. It took like three cycles but it fluffed back up. Did the bag smell weird after it was dry?
