Setting up camp in the dark took me 3 hours last weekend

I pulled into the campsite at 9pm after a long drive and spent forever fumbling with tent poles and a headlamp that kept dying. What do you use for lighting when you arrive late and need to get set up fast?

oh man that's rough lol. i did the exact same thing last month, rolled in at like 10pm and spent forever trying to find the stakes with a dying phone light. finally just said screw it and bought one of those big lanterns that hangs from the tent ceiling, game changer honestly.

Stumbled into a spiderweb putting up my tent in the dark and almost dropped everything.
