Took me 4 hours to set up a tent that should have taken 15 minutes

I bought this cheap Ozark Trail tent from Walmart last summer, figured it'd be a quick setup. Got to the campsite at Lake Tahoe around 6 PM and unrolled everything. The poles didn't match the color coded sleeves at all, so I spent like an hour trying to force them in before I realized I had the whole frame backwards. Then the rainfly was somehow sewn on inside out and I had to rip out a seam to fix it. By the time I actually got the thing standing it was pitch black and I was covered in sweat. Has anyone else dealt with a tent that was just put together wrong from the factory?

Oh man, wasn't it the worst? I had basically the same thing happen last summer. My neighbor decided to start a landscaping project at 7am on a Saturday with a leaf blower and a hammer drill. Like, I get that you have to get stuff done, but maybe pick a time when people are actually awake? I was so tired I could barely function for the rest of the day.
