That one comment about my reels made me ditch the flashy edits

A guy commented on my comeback post that I looked like a robot with all those cuts, and he wasn't wrong, I was hiding behind effects. I switched to single-take videos with just my phone on a tripod and honestly the engagement tripled in 3 weeks. Anyone else strip back their content after a harsh critique and see better numbers?

My buddy runs a fitness page and I always thought his raw clips were lazy compared to my overproduced stuff, but watching your post flip it like that makes me rethink everything. Did the harsh comment sting at first or did you already know he was right?
