The 'quiet return' of that sunscreen brand, caught them at Target after 2 years
I remember when they got flagged for lying about the SPF level and everyone threw their bottles out. I was at a Target in Columbus back in March and spotted the same logo on a new shelf, same packaging almost but with a tiny 'now tested' sticker. I grabbed one and actually checked the lab report online, it does test at like 52 instead of the old 25 they claimed. So they fixed the formula and just slid back in without any big apology tour. That bugs me because people got burns, real skin damage, and they never owned it publicly. But now the product works, so do I keep holding a grudge or accept the fix? Has anyone else seen a brand just quietly fix a dangerous issue and expect us to forget the risk?

Did they slap a little 'we fixed it' sticker on there like that makes up for two summers of crispy shoulders? Honestly, at least the new stuff actually works, but I'd still side-eye the whole comeback tour.
