Hold up, I see it as a necessary filter. It helps big companies handle the flood of apps so they can actually find people.

Oh, a "necessary filter" is what we're calling it now? That's a nice way to say their system auto-deletes your resume because you used a different font. It's like they set up a robot to throw 90% of the applications straight into the trash before a human even blinks. Real efficient way to find the best people, for sure.
