Rant: ATS makes applying for roles feel like a lottery.

One side says it's needed for big firms, the other says it misses talent. Where do you fall on this?

Hold up, I see it as a necessary filter. It helps big companies handle the flood of apps so they can actually find people.

But that flood is people they're ignoring...

Isn't that just how big corps handle volume though?
