Why does nobody warn you about the 3 month job hunt lag after a layoff
Got let go from my marketing gig in Austin back in March, and it took 14 weeks just to get one callback, while every recruiter on LinkedIn kept saying the market was 'hot', so has anyone else had to fake 4 rounds of interviews just to hear 'we went with someone internal'?
