Had a Tuesday where all four jobs came in under 2 hours, still not sure what went right
First one was a 12x15 bedroom in Fairview, empty and ready, and I was pulling stretcher bars by 9am. Ended up clearing $780 before lunch, so what's the trick you all use to keep a day rolling like that or was it just luck?

Wait, you cleared $780 on ONE bedroom before lunch? That's the part I can't get past. I do carpet cleaning and a standard empty bedroom that size runs me maybe two hours tops if I'm dragging, and I'm walking out with like $150-200 on a good day. Are you doing full restoration or something, because $780 for one room sounds like you either charged travel plus some add-ons or Fairview rates are just nuts. What exactly were you billing for on that job?
