My $4 clipboard from the closing Walmart beat a $60 fitness tracker for logging workouts
I got tired of subscription popups just to see my own step count, so I went back to pen and paper and honestly it took 10 seconds a day. Anyone else still keep a paper log, or am I just old?
My paper log is a plain notebook I've kept for three years and it still works fine. The tracker people keep pushing updates and new fees while my pen just keeps working. Writing down my sets takes less time than waiting for an app to load anyway.
