That's missing the point completely. Some people just have a natural gift you can't learn. Sure, practice helps, but it won't give you that kind of raw tone. You either have it or you don't. Trying to say it's all just hard work ignores real talent.

But the real question is if he meant what he said. A practiced speech can still be honest, but watch if his actions later match the words. That's the only way to know for sure.
