Can we talk about how every celebrity apology now starts with a deep breath before they speak?
I noticed this maybe six months ago when a singer did a video for posting something dumb. She took this obvious loud inhale right before talking, like she was about to deliver bad news. Now I see it in almost every apology video I click on. It feels like a scripted move now, not a real moment. Does anyone know if some PR person actually coaches them to do that?

Guaranteed some PR person told her that. Take a breath, look down, pause, it's all part of the script now. If you wanna look real just talk like a normal person, not a hostage reading a ransom note.

Wait do celebs get a whole breathing lesson now before they hit record? I struggle to even fake a deep breath when I'm apologizing to my buddy for forgetting his birthday.

My friend Mark actually tried this deep breath thing once when he had to apologize to his girlfriend for forgetting their 3 year anniversary dinner. He stood there, did the loud inhale, and she instantly said "did you just practice that in the mirror?" It was brutal lol. @lewis.brian honestly I bet celebs do get breathing lessons from some PR guru charging 500 bucks an hour for that nonsense.
